• Account information. When you sign up we store your display name, email address and a hashed password. If you sign in through a social provider (such as Google), we receive your name and email address from that provider — never your password.
• Game data you enter. Alliance names, member lists, champion rosters, war plans, tactics and similar planning data that you or your alliance add to the tool.
• Support messages. If you contact us via the Support page, we store the name, email, subject and message you submit. Recent support requests (name, subject, message and resolution) may be displayed on the Support page.
• Usage data. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and analytics cookies.

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work (session, security/CSRF and "remember me" cookies) as well as third-party cookies set by Google Analytics and Google AdSense (see below). You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent you from logging in.

• Google AdSense. We display ads served by Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or via www.aboutads.info.
• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

• To provide and operate the planning tools (accounts, alliances, rosters, war plans).
• To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse and debug problems.
• To measure usage and improve features.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is shared only with the third-party services named above (Google Analytics, Google AdSense, social sign-in providers), with your alliance members where the tool is inherently collaborative (e.g. rosters and war plans are visible to your alliance), or where required by law. Donations are processed entirely by external providers (Patreon, PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee, UPI) — we never see your payment details.

• You can edit your profile and change your password from your account pages at any time.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing contact@insaneskull.com.
• We keep data only as long as needed to run the service or as required by law.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
