Game data changes constantly with game updates; while we work to keep everything current, we make no guarantee that any value, list or placement is accurate, complete or up to date, and we accept no liability for decisions made based on it. The Service may change, pause or end at any time without notice.

The Service is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kabam or Marvel. Marvel Contest of Champions and all related trademarks, champion names and artwork belong to their respective owners and are referenced here as fan content. The site's own code, layout and data compilation belong to Skull AW Diversity & Attack Planning Tool.

The Service is free to use and is funded by advertising and donations. Ads are served by Google and its advertising partners, not by us: we don't choose, vet or endorse the advertisers, products or sites that appear, and we're not responsible for their content or for any dealings you have with them. What data those ads use is covered in our Privacy Policy. If you see an ad that is broken, deceptive or inappropriate, please report it on the Support page so we can block it.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• One person per account; you may not share, sell or transfer your account.

• Don't attempt to disrupt the Service, other users or their alliances.
• Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, alliances or data that are not yours.
• Don't hammer the site with automated bulk requests, scrape it, or upload malicious content.
• Content you submit (rosters, plans, support reports) must be your own and appropriate.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of the data you enter (rosters, plans, alliance information). By submitting it you grant us the right to store and display it as needed to operate the Service — including to the other members of your alliance, since the tool is collaborative by design.

Donations are voluntary, support hosting and development, and are non-refundable. Payments are handled by external providers (Patreon, PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee, UPI) under their own terms. Donating does not grant ownership of the Service or any guaranteed features.

Pages may link to external sites (e.g. community resources, donation platforms, advertisers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including lost war outcomes, alliance disputes or data loss.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via contact@insaneskull.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or harm the Service or its users.
