The Service is a free, fan-made planning tool for Marvel Contest of Champions (MCOC) Alliance War: diversity checking, attack planning, war plans, tactics, rosters and season management. It is provided as a community project and may change, pause or end at any time without notice.

The Service is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kabam, Marvel, or any of their partners. Marvel Contest of Champions and all related characters, names, images and game content are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners and are referenced here for identification purposes only.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• One person per account; you may not share, sell or transfer your account.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, abusive or harassing;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, alliances or data that are not yours;
• scrape, overload, disrupt or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
• upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to share.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of the data you enter (rosters, plans, alliance information). By submitting it you grant us the right to store and display it as needed to operate the Service — including to the other members of your alliance, since the tool is collaborative by design.

Donations are voluntary, support hosting and development, and are non-refundable. Payments are handled by external providers (Patreon, PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee, UPI) under their own terms. Donating does not grant ownership of the Service or any guaranteed features.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy of game data, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including lost war outcomes, alliance disputes or data loss.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via contact@insaneskull.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm the Service or its users.
